Hello wildlife lover, today I'll give you my entry about the animal. Ok, before that, I just wanna give an introduction. I am a forester, and I'm join to Kelompok Pemerhati Mamalia (KPM) Himakova. KPM is branch from Himakova (Himpunan Mahasiswa Konservasi Sumberdaya Hutan dan Ekowisata) which focus on mammal observer.
As long as I join to this group, We've been doing an observation at various places. The first place is in the Campus, of course. The second, in the Gunung Walat Education Forest (HPGW). The third, in the Nature Conservation and Research Center of Bodogol. The fourth, in the Bojonglarang Jayanti Reserve. And the fifth, in the Forest Area with Special Purpose (KHDTK) Haurbentes.
In the below, I'll present you a table about the list of mammal in that locations. I dont give a various data about the diversity, the richness, and the eveness. Ok. I just wanna share you about the list of mammal, so you can know about the location. This data takes at the different time. Maybe, it's gonna be different at the recent time. Ok, begin!

Oke, that is a list of mammal by KPM's observation. Actually, there are still many data from the observation did by KPM. But, Im just presenting the data from activity that I follow the activities in it. Why I presenting this?. There are so many thing that I wanna show you. In this only Java, we have so many mammal. What about the another island in Indonesia?. From this, we have a while conclusion that our Indonesia has a Megabiodiversity, includes its mammal. There are so many benefit by their existence. Benefit for ecosystem and for us. Direct benefits or indirect benefits.
No Wildlife No Good. |
But, what happen now?. They (wildlife) are threatened by human life, our!. The exploitation, the hunted, habitat destruction, and many other things. There are not a bit, endangered species today. At some more time they could have been extinct. Yes, EXTINCT. If they extinct, we just wait from our extinction!. But, this is not yet too late. It's our time to make it dont come true. It's our time to save the wildlife. Stop any activities that harm to the wildlife, ecosystem, and ourselves. Keep being a good person for the better life! Love our nature! :)
